Support Desk Request
The Service Desk is the single point of contact for our managed services customers. Our automated service management system relies on the qualifications below to assess the severity and assign priority. Please provide the most accurate responses to each of the qualifications.
Escalations will occur automatically and seamlessly without the need to submit a new request. The Service Desk will remain the primary point of contact until a satisfactory resolution of the request occurs unless otherwise communicated by the Service Desk.
